As a user with limited screen size, I want to see as much card info as possible in a card view

Currently Card Hunter will show cards with margins between if possible. If the window size is limited, it will overlap the cards horizontally slightly, and provide a mouse rollover effect to pop the individual card to the top.

We could either reproduce that behavior, or come up with something else (scaling?) to handle smaller screen sizes.
