Emojis on windows don't show up

Did most of the building on Linux, so I just have a font installed for emojis

Looked at it on windows, it appears windows doesn't have a super complete emoji set?

looks like windows doesn't support flags except Trans, LGBT, and generic :(

• specifically Chrome on windows, Firefox seems to handle most of the emojis except the beetroot
