TLS Support for MySQL monitors and reactions #408
Description
Currently the MySQL based monitors and reactions do not support TLS connections. The reason for this is due to the fact that the MySQL libraries only support passing certificates and keys as files. Since the certificates and keys are input from users and it is not really desirable to write these to the file system, TLS is not in use.
