Add filters to Captures view

Summary

• Add the show/hide column selector like in other table views
• Add filters for Device, Research Site
• Add filters for Taxon & Taxa list ("Contains Taxon") - this one can be postponed if more complex

Column selector now added in #1036 !

Adding a backend label as well since I think the API is not yet supporting this type of filtering. Looking forward to it though!
