Better display backend filter errors

We currently do some client side validation of filters values, however the backend might still return filter errors we can't predict client side (for example specifying an ID in the URL that is not valid). We do present these errors, but it would be nice to present them more in context. For example, in the source image case, show the error in the sidebar next to the "Source image" filter.
