Integrate topbar into statusbar

Idea

Currently, you have this topbar (with File, View and Help), and a statusbar (with Setup, Review, etc). It would look nicer if those are melted into 1, similar to how discord does it.

Need to think a little bit about how this will work. The status bar controls navigation in the app while the topbar controls actions. I'm not against combining them because it reduce the height of the app (and allow more room for the videos to be shown). They do have different contexts in how they're used though.
