State Machine

• We need to modify the state_machine.py script to work with our robot.

Completion Criteria:

• We can run the full lifetime of the state machine in our simulation environment.
• We have working WARN and ERROR states to resolve issues.
• We've proven that safety features (like software E-STOP and error-catching) work, in simulation.
• We've actually run it on the real-life robot.
