Temperature step keeps resetting

The temperature step setting keeps resetting after reload and HA reboot.
The setting itself remains as it was set but the gauge where you set the temperature for the heater pump goes to default value, in my case 1°c. I have to change the step setting to somethin else and then back to the setting that I want (0.5°c) and after a minute it takes effect.

I've also experimented this since using this HACS custom Gree integration. However, I'm back to using a normal step of 1d Celsius as I can't make my unit works with 0,5 precision temperature setting. It doesn't seem to handle it. Does it work with temp step different than 1 on your side ?

I don't have a temperature display on the unit itself. It does show the 0,5°c change in HA when I choose it from the integration. It could indeed be that my unit is not compatible with 0,5°c and that's why it keeps resetting it on every reboot or integration reload. 🤔
But HA shows 0,5°c change when it's selected from the integration and the ac unit beebs when temperature is changed.

Yes, was doing the same at mine. AC was responding to 0,5 increment by beeping but didn't seem to handle it properly when monitored through an external temp sensor.
It could be an explanation to why it's resetting every time HA reboots but could also be pure coincidence. We'll see if further update improves it.

Switching from C to F in Gree+ app fixed that for me, although I'm not 100% sure if half degree really works
