This will include calibration, verification and refinement of the BRAT models. Complete run of standard latest BRAT on the perennial portion of the 1:24K NHD network (11,279 KM of stream) segmented at 250 m including: Existing (based on 2014 LANDFIRE data, the most current data available) beaver dam capacity estimates (dams /km)

We will make the jump to BRAT 4.0 when we find funding to make it a proper, professionally refactored Arc Add-In and standalone, that is fully Riverscapes compliant.

The intermediate releases associated with all this will all be pre-releases or BETA. Once we've vetted and tested those, we will create a real latest release as 3.2.
