Rename New Zealand Projects #24

@jagDhillon077 this is another housekeeping, project renaming task, similar to the ones you've done for CONUS, but this time its for New Zealand.
This is a low priority. Please discuss with @MattReimer when you tackle this. It's a lower priority than CONUS reporting.
For New Zealand model runs, the Riverscapes Context projects (note the project type is rscontextnz) have the correct name, such as Riverscapes Context for Waipaoa River. However, the downstream models all have the project type followed by the HUC number, such as this example: VBET for HUC 143192.
Task
Please loop over all projects with the tag nz. Use the watershed name from the Riverscapes Context project for any other model types (there should only be channel area, taudem and VBET). So in the case above it would be "VBET For Waipaoa River".
There should only be ~ 300-400 projects that need changing.
you MUST use the nz tag filter so that you isolate your changes to New Zealand. If you want to apply further safety then then owner of all these projects is the New Zealand Riverscapes organization.
