Update documentation - v2.8.3 is current stable #153
Description
The main landing page seems to still say 2.3.2 at the top, and the maven snipped at the bottom states v2.3.0. But we can clearly see that the latest is v2.8.3: https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/com.riskified/riskified-sdk - should someone update the main page here?
