Address and privacy (communication)

• Users may have concerns about entering their address; needs to be communicated that a third-party is getting the information about the electorates (Geoscape)
• It may also be important to highlight that addresses are stored as data on the phone/device - possibility of having a disclaimer before putting in the address
• possibility of user's putting in their neighbours address; could mean that people get the wrong information about their electorates (as some areas, the line is very blurred)
• Possibility of the option to not store the address (data)

PR #130 removes local storage of address. Still need to communicate better what we're doing when we send it.
