Various page refresh issues

In several cases, when we update data on one page, the change should be reflected in a view on another page, but it isn't currently updating. For example:

• When electorates are updated in FindMPsPage, and we pop back to the Account page, the electorates don't update in the view.
• When the keyword is updated in 'advanced search' off the ReadingPage, and we pop back to the reading page, the keyword in the searchbar doesn't update (though if manually refreshed, the search for the correct keyword is conducted).
