[GRV-38]: fix Linear team selections

Summary

• Replace invalid teamId response selections on Linear IssueLabel and Template objects with team { id }.
• Preserve the adapter public shape by mapping team?.id ?? null back to returned teamId fields.
• Add regression assertions that label/template query documents use team { id } and do not select scalar teamId response fields.

Verification
