New safari version produces issue with dates

Safari version 14.1 now supports the date type in HTML forms, this triggers an incorrect "You have typed in a day before today. Did you mean to remove a member" message

A temporary solution:

Until a more permanent solution has been found, a temporary solution has been pushed. Users will be required to type in start and end dates in the "YYYY-MM-DD" format instead of the date picker so that the message is correctly triggered.
