This was an idea Ash brought up when discussing our @daily, which calls at least 120 individual players/objects/rooms/exits which have a daily attribute. If it processes them all in the @dolist it will attempt to throw them all on the queue at the same time. By adding a stagger time, it should then space each trigger out better. An @wait can also do this, but Ash said it was something he could add to @dol.
