Harbor waypoint cannot reach island

Hi,

on random maps (Sea, many islands), I occasionally run into island where the harbor's flag cannot be connected to the rest of the island.

Here are screenshots of two such situations:

Sometimes it even occurs with the player's starting island, locking him up.

Version: latest stable (downloaded today, Dec 29th).

Let me know if further details are needed.
