I manually changed my load balancer's idle timeout to the maximum allowed - 4000 (66 minutes) - but that configuration setting should be set as part of this template as well - unless there's a way for Selenium to send some 'bogus' data over the wire to keep the connection alive and prevent the load balancer from closing it.
