CMS editing options

In the CMS, can we change the interface of content section of the article type to be more like the interface of the summary section for policy actions?

In the current interface, I have to manually add links and formatting, whereas in the policy action type I can just copy from google docs, etc. and it recognizes the links and formatting.

@yaelrst So yes changing the article content interface is definitely doable but the easiest way will be to manually transfer the existing text content into the new interface. It's a slower week for Throneless this week so I'm happy to do that task, if that works for y'all!
