Problem

Integrate Payment Widget with new API checkout endpoints and Wrapper Escrow Smart Contract

This is an upgrade of the Payment Widget, not a fork. There will be only 1 version of the Payment Widget ShadcnCLI component. The current "payment" workflow will use the "charge" operation on the escrow. App builders can then integrate more complex escrow functionality as needed.
