After update fans on Kraken keep looping

After the update fans ramp up gradually from 0 all the way to 100, then repeats the process.
What did you guys change?
So far every update never had a problem, is this going to burn out my fans or pump since I can't control them and they keep going in that loop? please advice ASAP with pricing now days don't want to have to replace components on my pc.
Going back to 259 resolves the problem so far.

Hi,

Send in your json config, there is probably something badly configured.

What changed is if a fan has an assigned command > 0% but doesn't start spinning, the % value will increase UNTIL spin is detected. This is to prevent fans stalling at low % values. What's happening for you is that spin isn't detected, probably because fan pairing is wrong, start% is wrong, or something else.

Hi, just to add I also had issues with v 260 and NzxtKraken plugin.
It no longer correctly reads the kraken sensors ie liquid temperature reads as 0 or 1 degree and not the actual temperature which i can visually see on the pump display in the pc.
reinstalling 259 fixes this
Have tried updating to 260 twice and both times I had the same behaviour.
This also leads to the same behavior as the original poster.
pretty sure configs are fine as haven't changed anything in months.

edit.
Just updated nvidia drivers and fan control could no longer find graphic card fans, seems like it now only detects one fan instead of two.
So deleted all configs and started again fresh with v260, kraken liquid temperature still reports as 1 degree

@Smeghead277 that's not the same issue with the kraken liquid reporting a 1 degree temp. That needs to be diagnosed from the plugin itself. Unfortunately it seems to not be maintained. LHM should have support built-in, but the implementation might be bugged.
