Description
The animation format may or may not support CGA color mapping tables in the images (from the standard PIC format), however the game engine itself uses a hard-coded CGA color mapping table for entire animations; this was confirmed by loading the same PAN animations in Railroad Tycoon (not Deluxe) and seeing that the CGA colors were wrong (because RRT has much more light-coloured visuals, at a minimum).
The CGA mapping may be in an EXE file which would also be easily modifiable (without #1 being an issue).
The CGA mapping may just be hard-coded in the instructions/renderer in which case the data should just be pulled out once and hard-coded into the editor to be able to display a CGA preview.
Obviously this is not very important because it's CGA.
