Hardcore Flag is always false in records file

Describe the bug
When creating a world in Hardcore mode the is_hardcore flag is always false

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a hardcore world
2. When the record file for the world is created "is_hardcore" will be false

Expected behavior
That when entering a world on hardcore the flag is true

Versions info :

• MC Version: 1.16.1
• SpeedRunIGT Version: 16.0
• Fabric Loader Version: 0.16.14

This might be related to LevelInfo mappings being wrong. Yarn has the following constructor signature:

public LevelInfo(String name, GameMode gameMode, boolean bl, Difficulty difficulty, boolean bl2, GameRules gameRules, DataPackSettings dataPackSettings)

with

this.structures = bl;
this.hardcore = bl2;

in the body. In reality the first boolean parameter decides if the world is hardcore and the second enables cheats. Structure gen is set in generator options.

this flag is set on run complete. it isn't really practical to do so before
