Bug 原因： web/app/lib/utils.ts:81 中 notNeedUrlPattern 函数使用 shellType.endsWith("Handler") 判断是否隐藏 URL
路径输入框，但 SpringMVC 的 ControllerHandler 和 JakartaControllerHandler 也以 "Handler"
结尾，导致路径输入框被错误隐藏。

修复方式： 将条件改为 shellType.endsWith("Handler") && !shellType.endsWith("ControllerHandler")，排除
ControllerHandler 类型，使其正确显示 URL 路径输入框
