Ramdisk Loading on iPhone3GS(iPhone2,1) failing on sending ramdisk.

Hi,
This is on a iPhone 3GS running 6.1.6.

The Ramdisk_Loader was executed after putting the iPhone in DFU mode and then using ipwndfu tool to put it into pwned dfu mode using the command like so:

Device is now in pwned DFU Mode.
