Add ability to connect to Rally via sso

Hi,

I can't access to Rally using RallyRestToolkitForJava even if I created API key.
My rganization uses SSO.
I created API key but have response java.io.IOException: HTTP/1.1 401 Full authentication is required to access this resource.
