Installation fail at downloadR

1. Bug description

Hello,

The installation for this package is currently failing as there is a function in the NAMESPACE file that does not appear to refer to an existing package "importFrom(downloadR,load_rdata)".

I am getting the following error:

Error in loadNamespace(j <- i[[1L]], c(lib.loc, .libPaths()), versionCheck = vI[[j]]) :
there is no package called ‘downloadR’

Fixed. downloadR is listed in Remotes (github::RajLabMSSM/downloadR) and installs correctly via remotes::install_github("RajLabMSSM/catalogueR"). The load_rdata function is exported from downloadR. If you had this issue previously, please try reinstalling:

if(!require("BiocManager")) install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("RajLabMSSM/catalogueR")
