Game blackscreens when opening system song browser on Linux

Quite simply, when I attempt to open the system song browser, the entire game screen goes black and never recovers. It's annoying, I have to do filesystem manipulation to create a level.

There should be a built-in browser. The system browser BetterLegacy uses is the one from the vanilla game and was only tested on Windows.
