Missing the lmdb-devel package

rocal-devel is failing with lmdb-devel in 15.7. We need to add https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/systemsmanagement/15.7/systemsmanagement.repo

Issue Summary

Two platform-specific setup issues:

1. SLES 15.7: Missing lmdb-devel package dependency
2. RHEL 9.6: OpenCV 4.6 conflicts with FFmpeg

Fix 1: SLES 15.7 LMDB Dependency

Problem

OpenCV 4.6 has version conflicts with FFmpeg libraries on RHEL 9.6.
