Moving obstacles in DQN stage 3 and 4

In the ROS1 version of documentation it is mentioned that obstacles can be moved in stages 3 and 4.

But I don't see that feature anywhere for ROS2 versions. Am I missing something or is it work in progress feature? If it needs to be added, I am happy to contribute. Thanks
