Current version of the metaRVM expects the demographic categorization only at 3 axes - age, race, zone. We want that to be dynamic and user-defined, possibly supplied through the demographic mapping file. Consequently, some functions (not metaODIN.R) and methods need to be updated by removing explicit references to age, race, zone.
