IDSM service status

Currently, to check the status of IDSM service, the webpage https://idsm.elixir-czech.cz/sparql is being used. However, this does not provide information about the service itself (it gives HTTP status 200 even when the service is actually down). Since there is no dedicated endpoint for that, it is recommenced by the maintainers to send a simple query instead, e.g.

https://idsm.elixir-czech.cz/sparql/endpoint/idsm?query=select%20%2A%20%7B%7D&format=text%2Fcsv

We should maybe debate contacting them about it whether we can create some sanity check endpoint?
