Cross Compatibles Decrypt Encrypt

This is a feature request.

A great enhancement would be the possibility to decrypt an encrypted text/file on an OS other than Android, e.g. on Linux or Windows.
If someone uses i.e. a Messenger like Signal or other on Linux and Windows. On a PC you can write much faster there than
on a smartphone and also at the moment it is not possible to read and answer messages from Encrypt-Decrypt-AndroidAPK

Therefore, a cross-compatible possibility (Mays Java is the easiest and should run on Linux and Windows)
to encrypt or decrypt text or files from Encrypt-Decrypt-AndroidAPK would be great.

It would be very helpful if you could write something like this. It would also be completely sufficient if it is just command line (Probably Java or Python to Exe would be easiest). Especially for messengers that can also be used on the PC (Threema, Signal....).
It would create the possibility to make a really secure communication. Thank you very much!
