Convert host-network usage to port-mapping #137
Description
We can probably replace the host-network usage with just port-mapping the pool container. This is still something that is not supported on Windows/Mac, but should be more easily supplementable. (See e.g. https://github.com/hyperledger/indy-sdk#docker-port-mapping-on-macos)
