Cannot View Terms of Service Without First Agreeing To It

Bug Description
To use the site you must agree to the ToS/ToU. It prompts you to check the box to agree and provides you a link to the Terms of Service. However when you try and use the link to view the ToS it puts the same prompt to agree over it. Therefor you are unable to view the ToS prior to agreeing to it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Fresh browser/session without data from the site
2. go to quickswap.exchange
3. See the prompt to agree to ToS
4. Select the link to view the "QuickSwap Terms and Conditions"
5. On ToS page the prompt to agree to the ToS appears over the content, preventing you from viewing the ToS.

Expected Behavior
5. on ToS page you should be able to view the ToS without having to agree to it first.

Additional Context
This issue is pretty large as it breaks compliance with regulations across most major countries in the world. How can you agree to Terms of Service when you don't actually know what they are? When you are incapable of knowing what they are?
