My Pools stuck on loading spinner

Bug Description
On ANY liquidity pool URL, having selected "V3" pools, the "My pools" box on the right keeps on spinning.
Wallet is connected. Network is Polygon.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Earn -> Farms
2. Click "View" on any LP
3. click any LP
4. click "Get LP" (any)

Expected Behavior
The "My Pools" box on the right should load my pools rather than keep on spinning the loader.

Additional Context
The bug happens only when Polygon is selected (i.e. doesn't happen with Polygon zkEVM for example)

The browser is: Chrome Version 119.0.6045.159 (Official Build) (64-bit)
