The tablet layout is missing the theme button.

Hi @ngoiyaeric, I’d like to work on this issue as part of Hacktoberfest.

I plan to fix the missing theme toggle button in the tablet layout by ensuring it’s properly rendered and positioned consistently with other viewports.
