All Transactions View Reversible Tx Not working

Steps to reproduce

• Make accounts A and B
• Select A, make reversible transaction with 1h delay
• Select B, make reversible transaction with 1h delay
• Make sure B is the currently selected account (active account)
• Look at "all transactions" screen
• Select A's reversible transaction

Expected:

• Either show normal transaction sheet, OR allow user to reverse the transaction using account A as active

Actual:

• Reversible tx sheet shows, indicating I can reverse this transaction
• Execute the reversal - it will fail, because account B - active account - does not have the right to reverse a transaction for Account A.
