support regex or basic wildcard for filtering subreddits

Reddit has taking to promoting a lot of non relevant to me country related subreddits. These usually come in the format

/r/[country][topic] or /r/[topic][country]

It would be very useful if instead of having to block one by one we could provide a filter to take care of these subs

e.g.

• *country*
• /.*country.*/i

[albert-tomanek]

Also possibly extend this filtering to post titles
