[BUG] op rthro jetpack strats

Describe the bug
you can cheese the physics of the jetpack and dash coil by using a stupidly small avatar (using a fat avatar makes you drop like a rock)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a stupidly small avatar
2. use the jetpack or dash coil
3. see what its like to break the sound barrier

Expected behavior
jetpack and dash coil move you at a reasonable speed
