[BUG]: Chunkloader unloading models when it shouldn't be

Describe the bug
The chunkloader for some specific zones seems to unload models that should still be loaded.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the pump control room
2. Attempt to look at the control desk

Expected behavior
The pump control desk and the shelves near it should be viewable, instead of not seeming to exist at all.

just writing this issue for a possible later note if it re-appears, just going to take said model out of the chunkloader for now
