Account for navbar in vertical scrolling #2

Bit of a UX thing I spotted with the new TKET API docs
If I click on the UnitaryTableau class in the right sidebar it scrolls to the UnitaryTableau class as I'd expect.
However because the navbar takes up vertical space the UnitaryTableau class is in large part obscured by the navbar and as a reader you have to adjust the scroll manually.
