MacroIndicators dataset doesn't list all supported indicators

• Add a script that generates html to show all the supported indicators from https://github.com/QuantConnect/Lean.DataSource.EODHD/blob/master/EODHD.MacroIndicators.cs
• Update the dataset listing to include the html
• We should read https://github.com/QuantConnect/Lean.DataSource.EODHD/blob/master/EODHD.MacroIndicators.cs and create a html table like code-generators\fred-categories-table-code-generator.py. The html will be a Resource and it will manually loaded to https://www.quantconnect.com/datasets/eodhd-macro-indicators.
