MacOS measure directly test failure

On a MacOS system the tests:
TestTwoNodes.test_entangle_md
TestTwoNodes.test_entangle_md_with_wait
will fail.

This is caused by an issue with netsquid-magic explained in this ticket:

On SquidASM we need to upgrade netsquid-magic requirement to get the new package and update MagicNetworkLayerProtocol as it breaks due to the changes in the private methods it is using from the base LinkLayer object in netsquid-magic

Original idea was to make a netsquid-magic patch, but netsquid multithread is affected as it uses a private method of netsquid-magic that needs to be changed for this to work. This would in turn mean that QNE could download the netsquid-magic patch version and therby not work, thus this plan will not work.

Netsquid-magic needs a major version upgrade, but it is again a dependency of other netsquid snippets that restrict the major version, so the entire base must be updated. The choice was made to put the fix in the blueprint-integration-beta-0.0.2 branch and just point the MacOS users to that
