Release Preparation Script

Currently it's quite easy to forget all the places you need to update as doing a release:

• there's the change log;
• making a release on github;
• there's the version in the bin file.

It'd be useful to have a script to automate (or at least guide you through) the process.

Seen people using bashscripts to automate this (or an use case for another Composer script). — Maybe something for the backlog.

Another tool to look into for this purpose might be RMT.
