[Feature Request] Option to toggle skipping of submarine send-off cutscene

Hello Limiana, I hope you're doing well.

I would like to request the ability to turn off the automatic skipping of the submarine cutscene that plays when you send them on a new mission as an option in the "deployables" menu.

I mostly send them off manually nowadays (meaning they are ready to send when I log in daily and then I let AutoRetainer handle it after accessing the sub menu), and seeing that cutscene would make me feel more involved in the process (I know, I am weird).

Well, please consider it.
