Firmware, GPAD_API, Rev 0.58, Sending 'i' Causes Speaker to Sound

Sending an 'i' command should cause the device to report back information to the controller.

Short Summary of the buggy behavior:
The device also announces the alarm state on the speaker.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load V0.58 into the DUT.
2. Get DUT connected to WiFi and Broker
3. Send an alarm to the DUT with a PMD or MQTT terminal such as "a2We have a problem."
4. Verify the speaker says the alarm
5. Send an 'i' to the DUT. and listen for the alarm on speaker
