Prioritization of GPAD_API issues

Now that the ADaM team is making changes, how do we want to move with the goad_API? Should we work towards making the menu functional so we can test the ADaM code?

Yes. I am the best person to do that, although @TheBakedPotato can do it as well when he comes back from vacation. At this writing, I expect the ADaM team to have the MQTT reception of that test this week or the next. After that, we just have to make the C++ code send new messages in the General Purpose Alarm Protocol (GPAP).
