IMAS.trace_surfaces does not work for D3D ods

@jmcclena helped me to generate ods(attached) through PRO_create in OMFIT, but I get the following error when I am trying to use the IMAS.trace_surfaces() function

The issue here is that the value of psi at the boundary eqt.profiles_1d.psi[end] coming out of OMFIT leads to tracing a flux surface in FUSE that is open and not closed. The solution here is to call IMAS.flux_surfaces(eqt, IMAS.first_wall(dd.wall)...), which updates the value of psi at the boundary based on the algorithms and precisions used in FUSE.
