hey y'all, opening up discussions on this repo to gather feedback on a pre-draft ERC we're putting together: an onchain tool registry and gating mechanism for AI agent tools.

the short version: permissionless tool discovery, plus a 403 (authorization) counterpart to x402's payment flow. creators can gate tools by NFT ownership, subscriptions, or anything onchain, while still accepting micropayments.

we'd love feedback on the design, naming, scope, or anything else before we submit the formal draft. interface choices, edge cases, stuff we haven't thought about — all fair game.
